Shipping - TAT is 25 - 30 businesses days. I ship with USPS. For shipping issues you will have to contact USPS for any issues. You can email me if you do have issues and I’ll do my best to help you resolve them. However once it’s in USPS hands there’s only so much I can do.
Refunds - Due to outfits being made personalized for you refunds will only be given if the item is damaged upon receiving (a seam is undone, a hole that slipped past my eye). You will have to email me within 5 days to qualify for a refund, if you want shop credit, or if you would like a remake.
